How is "AI-closed revenue" defined?
Any order where the conversation that led to checkout was handled (or materially assisted) by Revvlab. We track attribution using a combination of Shopify order data and conversation ID matching. You can audit every attributed order in the dashboard.
What if the AI handles a conversation but the customer buys 3 days later?
We use a 7-day attribution window. If the customer purchases within 7 days of an AI conversation, it's attributed. We show you the full attribution log so nothing is opaque.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch model any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
No traditional trial, but the Revenue Share plan charges nothing until revenue is closed — so effectively, you're running the operator at zero risk.
What happens during the 7-day onboarding?
Your dedicated success manager helps you connect channels, train the AI Brain on your catalog, configure your flows, and walk through Coach Mode with you. Most brands go fully live within 3 days.
What happens when the AI isn't confident about a reply?
Any message below your set confidence threshold gets flagged for human review before sending. You'll get a push notification on the mobile app. You can approve, edit, or take over the conversation. The AI never sends a guess — it escalates instead.
What if I want to pause or take over a conversation manually?
One tap pauses the AI on any active conversation. Your team takes over in the same WhatsApp thread with no break in context. You can hand back to the AI at any point. Pause applies per conversation, not globally.
